🌿 Mystwood Alchemy Return & Reprint Policy
At Mystwood Alchemy, each item is crafted or curated with love and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings, which range from print-on-demand (POD) goods to handmade ritual tools, our return and reprint policies vary slightly by product type.
✨ Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Mugs, Journals, Pillows, etc.)
All POD items are made to order through our trusted production partner. For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to size issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect ordering. Please ensure you carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we're here to make it right.
To qualify for a reprint:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
🕯️ Handmade & Non-POD Products (Candles, Crystals, Soap, etc.)
For non-POD items, all sales are considered final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is a problem with your order:

We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the nature of the issue
Due to the spiritual and personal nature of many of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade items such as herbal products, soaps, ritual tools, or used candles for safety and energetic integrity reasons.
